Friday Fun Fly, Third Friday, 7:00 - 9:00 pm.

Oct. 4-5, Ringmaster Fly-a-thon, see attached.
EVENT REPORTS
SAM 27, last weekend, annual Crash and Bash in Smith Grove. Good weather, cooler than predicted, winds 8-10mph. Temps never much above 80 degrees. Attendance down, probably because national SAM Champs being held.
Maciono Contest, 3 weeks ago. Pretty good turnout, 7 flyers, everyone had a good time.
Last week, speed contest in Napa.
Good Guys car show. Jim got to run his tether cars. Three cars ready to go. 101 mph, 100 mph, third car had wheel come off on first run, lap 5. Fastest car that ran was 115.
NEW BUSINESS
Menus distributed for Christmas party. Make your decisions by October meeting.
For members and immediate family, each person will pay $10 with the club to pay the balance. Other guests to pay menu price.
Desserts at the Christmas part will be paid for up to the amount of $5.00.
We have lost three members this year. We will invite the widows of our three deceased members as our guests to the Christmas party. The club will treat them.
Discussion regarding the possibility of a new flying site.
PARADE OF PLANES
Buzzard Bombshell, 4 years old.
Maurice, Acromaster from Jack, flew well for 2 flights, lost a carb valve.Heavy and stable.
Ed Walker, Benny Boxcar, 6 ft wingspan, hasn't flown yet, electric.
Mark Harrison forgot to bring it, but he completed his ArrBot and radio controller. Videos at the end, and he will bring it next month. Here's a writeup.
RAFFLE
Walt Grant, many items, Mark Harrison, two RTF.
